At HEOPS, we recognize that in order to achieve our vision and accomplish our mission that a learning environment must prevail …as Bossidy and Charan state in Execution The Discipline of Getting Things Done,  “If you’re staying the same, you’re falling behind.”

HEOPS has a commitment not only the growth of our own team, but the greater healthcare community. Therefore a dual education track is being developed (internal and external) that will provide  operational insight and best practices as well as affiliations and other learning opportunities with respected industry resources such as the AAPC.

HEOPS has a strong cultural focus and utilizes the writings of Jim Collins, Peter Drucker and other notable management gurus if the development of our best practices.
