Controller/Financial Data Analyst:
Position Summary: effective date: 4.17.2007
This role is responsible for internal financial operations including AP/AR Financial Reporting and will participate in a consulting role with Client Project Teams related to analytical support and reporting.

This is a high potential position with the opportunity for significant growth based upon capabilities and results and will serve as a junior member of the Senior Management Team. The Manager of Internal Operations will participate on project teams on an as needed basis.

This is a full time role with a min work week of 40 hours, occasional weekend work and overtime may be required. This position opens the corporate office at 7:00am CST.

Revenue Cycle Analysts I, II and III:
Position Summary:
Analyze credit balance accounts on site or remotely at hospitals. Produce recovery reform request and summary. Review findings with hospital Business Office Manager. Assist in identifying "root cause" issues for payors. Maintain strong relationships with clients and peers. Achieve target goals during first 90 days.

Experience:
Understanding of basic financial processes, including credits and debits. Familiarity with coordination of benefits processes. Ability to re-create account transactions to identify "root cause" of credit balance or transactional error. Knowledge of Medicare Credit Balance reporting requirements form CMS 838 a plus.

Skills and Education:
High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook necessary.
Analyst I - Minimum: Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree
Analyst II - Minimum: Bachelors Degree, plus Coding Certificate
Analyst III - Minimum: Masters Degree or Bachelors Degree plus professional certification.

Other:
Travel may be required at 50%-75%. Minimum work week 40 hours.

These positions pay based upon Analyst level and include salary plus commission.

It should be no surprise that we do things a bit differently at HEOPS. It's our way, we lead, not follow trends. HEOPS holds Saturday Boot Camp Hiring Sessions monthly.
